Telehealth appointments with us are casual, warm, empathic, non-judgmental and may even include some swearing (don’t worry, there’s no swear jar). We encourage authenticity, transparency and honesty and believe that a strong therapeutic relationship lends itself to positive change.

Modalities include a psychodynamic approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions, solution focused interventions, Motivational Interviewing techniques, grounding/mindfulness strategies and Trauma Focused CBT.
